THIS IS THE PLACE to stay, whether you are coming to the beautiful Southern Utah area for hiking in our pristine Zion National Park or enjoying a show at the unique Tuacahn Theater. Vermilion Oasis is a gorgeous 3,858 sq. ft. family resort home in Paradise Village at Zion, which has won the award for “Best of State Resort” every year since it was opened in 2015. Featuring 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, arcade, theater room with surround sound & kitchenette, built in fire pit, and your very own private swim spa on the spacious patio!
The upgraded gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you might need for delicious home cooked meals after a day filled with fun and excitement! It features stainless steel appliances, a double oven, and a dining table that seats 12 (and can be expanded to seat up to 18), and even more seating at the large kitchen island and adjoining private patio. These features make Vermilion Oasis the perfect setting for family reunions, corporate retreats or any other group gathering!
Give each morning a jump start with a workout in the community’s fitness center, or in the private swim spa located on the patio. Then take a refreshing swim in one of the two resort style pools our private community has to offer, and you’ll be ready for a full day of adventuring and exploring everything the St. George area has to offer.
As the sun begins to set, return to Vermilion Oasis for a evening barbecue and marshmallow roasting over the built in fire pit! S'mores anyone?! Take a relaxing soak in the large private hot tub as you take in the beauty of the glowing desert stars. Settle into a comfortable spot on the couch in the theater room and spend some time together watching your favorite movie in surround sound while fixing a late night snack at the kitchenette in the home theater room.
Each of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom and flat screen Roku TV's. Two of the bedrooms have a king bed and 3 have queen beds. Kids absolutely love the huge bunk room with 4 custom built in twin over double bunk beds! So much fun! There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Vermilion Oasis adjoins over 50 miles of paved, scenic walking/biking trails. This property also backs up to Archie Gubler park with a splash pad, playground equipment, lighted pickleball courts, sand volleyball, baseball fields, and basketball courts.
Take a short walk to state of the art Harmon’s Grocery Store & Gas Station with gelato bar, deli, and catering available. For a delicious Tex-Mex lunch try Cafe Rio, or, for sandwiches and soups, Capriotti’s. Both are next door to Harmon’s Grocery Store. Scenic Snow Canyon State Park and the renowned Tuacahn Theater are located just minutes away!
